Wicked Cannabis: East Coast Style
If you have lived on the West Coast (a.k.a. the weed coast) or Colorado in the last decade, you might have enjoyed the freedom of cannabis that has been gained from the efforts of dedicated advocates. But for the millions that still live in medicinal, or especially black-market states, the question of cannabis being truly liberated for all comes up often, and for good reason. So what will help bring this massive change of a freed cannabis to America? If our recent cross-country cannabis trip brought any insight to this nationalized question, it is that the East Coast is where this final push can help to fully break through. Just as Boston provided the advocates and catalyst to what became our entire country’s freedom from restrictions and rules, Beantown, and those same core ideals absolutely run #BostonStrong on this Coast!
Much like the turn-of-the-century flappers and dappers that indulged in the speakeasy undercurrents of the alcohol industry; the East Coast is designing their own captivating, Gatsby-era lifestyle within the cannabis scene. Illuminating both the street-art infused events alongside the high-dollar, private functions, often within the same week. Considering that there is still so much to be explored, Boston is quickly becoming the root of this region.
Since Boston has always been home to America’s advocacy for the rights of the people, it will come to no surprise that she still carries that flame high, now for the cannabis community as well. So, you might not find any tea taxes to protest here, but you will find plenty of the same passion and pride that this city and state holds for the East Coast, now being focused into their blooming cannabis industry, and it’s STRONG!
Cannabis family, we love calling Boston our East Coast office (wicked great) new home.
So who’s up for a patriotic toke to celebrate?!
